What to do if the amount got deducted but I haven't got the order confirmation?

After making the payment, kindly allow a maximum of 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through Call, Email, or Chat. Our team will be more than happy to assist you further.

In the rare event that your payment has been debited and we have received it, we will manually create your order and proceed with shipping. However, if the payment hasn't reached us, the payment gateway will automatically return the amount to your original payment source within 7-10 working days.

Will I receive a payment confirmation for my paid order?

After completing your payment, you should typically receive an order and payment confirmation via email and text message within 5 minutes. However, in rare cases, there may be a delay in synchronizing your order. If this happens, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation.

In the event that you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, it is possible that your order might not have been created due to a technical issue either on our end or at the payment gateway. Where will I get the refund money for the returned order?

In case of prepaid order, you can avail the refund to the source account.

When will I get my refund for returned order?

Once the reverse pick-up is done, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 working hours. The customer will be notified with an email and an SMS. Refunds will ideally reflect in the customer’s account in the next 7-10 working days.
