Shipping, Refunds & Handling

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. We offer all India Delivery which usually takes 2-8 Working depends on the geographical location.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping within India. International orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, and SMS.

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked.  products. BYZANA reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items. If you have purchased a BYZANA product from a source other than the BYZANA Website, the return policies of your source of purchase will apply. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

Missing Items in Return Orders: In the event of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all the said items, the company may deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy extends to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts.

Refund Policy: Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.

Return Process: You can initiate a return request on our website. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team for assistance with the process. Once you have booked the return request, please ensure your availability for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to be available or answer calls may result in the cancellation of the reverse pick-up. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, extending the overall timeline.

Pin Code Serviceability: While most pin codes are eligible for both forward and reverse service, there may be rare cases where a pin code is only forward serviceable. In such instances, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 80) incurred by you for processing the return. If the charges exceed Rs. 80, any excess charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) will be deducted from the customer’s refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 80 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Empty Parcel or Missing Product: In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of package delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package may result in your claim not being honored. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
