What is your return Procedure?

Once you raise a return request on our app or website, our pickup partners will schedule a reverse pickup within 24-48 working hours from the day you requested the return. Once we receive confirmation of a successful pickup, we initiate the refund process within 24-48 working hours. Please note that refunds can only be initiated after the return pickup is completed.

 

After the return is picked up, it typically takes us 24-48 working hours to initiate the return process.

For prepaid orders: refunds are directly initiated to the original payment source.

 

For wallet orders: the refund will be credited back to your wallet. Please note that wallet refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment source, as per RBI guidelines.

 

For any combination of the above payment methods: refunds will be processed in the same proportion as the payments were received, including partial refunds.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions and return shipping labels if applicable.

Can I exchange my item for a different one?

Yes, we understand that preferences may change. Depending on the availability of the desired item, we may be able to process an exchange. Please contact our customer support to discuss the exchange options and procedures.

In how many days will my return be picked up?

It takes upto 24-48 working hours to get the return pick up done from your location, once the return request has been placed. In case your return pick up is not done within 24-48 working hours, you can chat with our customer support team

What happens if I want to return the product after return window is closed?

We're very sorry but we do not accept returns after 30 days. However in such an instance we've got you covered through our Warranty Policy. 

Is Return policy applicable on all products?

The 30 day return is applicable on all products. For these products, returns shall only be accepted in cases of defective/spurious products. Please note that in case you have purchased a BYZANA product from anywhere other than the BYZANA website, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply.
