Do BYZANA products have a warranty?

Our jewelry products are accompanied by a limited 6-month warranty. We take pride in offering the finest quality plating in the industry; however, there may be rare instances where the plating wears off. To prolong the lifespan of the plating, we strongly recommend following the care instructions provided.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, theft, or any physical damage resulting from usage. Any manufacturing defects are covered under our 30-day return policy, and it is essential to report them within the specified return window. Please understand that physical damage occurring after the 30-day return window will not be covered under the warranty.
